Steve Jones, Artist

Steve Jones is a fine artist who actively exhibited his work at the Koplin Gallery in throughout the 1990’s. His style at the time was photo realism, capturing complex dynamic images in oil paint on medium to large canvases. Many of his images were of local hangouts, like his hangout (Joes Jost’s in Long Beach) and scenes near his home in Venice, California (Merchant of Venice and Cafe 50’s). He attend school at Cal State Long Beach and Otis and currently teaches art classes every week.
